About the house

The house dates to 1950. The studio sits behind it, past a gate, with one parking space of its own.

Ask David, whose team looks after it, and he keeps it short: "That's a lemon tree house. It's got one of the best lemon trees ever. Uber private, super comfortable, always pristine and clean."
