Canyon Lake Lodge

The inspiration

Canyon Lake Lodge sits at the heart of its gated community, and since 1968 it has served as a hub for community events and social gatherings^1,2 .

What to order

• Ahi tuna poke: sushi-grade diced tuna in a soy-based sauce with green onion and sesame seeds, served with crispy wonton chips .
• Zen tacos: Chinese-style crispy BBQ pork belly tacos with Korean kimchi and cilantro tucked inside sweet buns .
• Orange ginger salmon: pan-seared Atlantic salmon with a sweet, zesty glaze, served with mashed potatoes and charred asparagus .
• Margherita pizza: tangy tomato sauce, fresh buffalo mozzarella and basil, finished with olive oil and balsamic glaze .
