The inspiration
La Pancita Feliz set out to serve familiar Mexican fare that tastes like it came from a home kitchen, from chilaquiles and breakfast burritos to caldos and mole1 . It is a family-run, laid-back spot meant for the whole household1 .

- Carne asada burrito: a large, home-style standout in local coverage and dish roundups
- Chile verde burrito: pork in spicy green sauce with rice, beans, onion and cilantro; the restaurant features it on its own feed as a wet burrito1
- Handmade corn tortillas: made in-house and served alongside plates and chips
