Evil kNight IPA: a black IPA brewed with mango and black tea leaves, another standout for its unusual flavors .^2,1
Bourbon Squares: hand-crafted, alcohol-infused dark chocolate with butter cream that you can only find at this brewery .²
Beardless Dragon: a wheat beer made with locally sourced Valencia orange, tangerine and kumquat .²
A flight of tasters: the tap list runs to about 16 small-batch beers, so a flight is the easiest way to find your favorite .^2,3
