Who's behind it
The bakery is run by founders Ernie Perez, Miguel Hernandez and Dennis Hernandez, a family operation that opened its first location in Los Angeles in 2007 .

eggs scrambled with tomato and onion, served with black beans, queso fresco and French bread .
- Chilaquiles: homemade tortilla chips with your choice of red or green sauce, topped with onions, cilantro, queso fresco and eggs, plus rice and beans .
