About SUP Noodle Bar - Irvine

The inspiration

SUP Noodle Bar opened in 2014 with a single focus: making a better bowl of pho^1,2 . Around that core sits a broader Vietnamese comfort menu, including lomo saltado, cajun garlic noodles and fried rice^2,3 .

Who's behind it

Founder Viet Nguyen grew up around pho and committed to what he knew when opening his first restaurant¹ . He now heads the Huntington Beach-based restaurant group Kei Concepts, whose roster includes the Vox Kitchen and Gem¹ .
