About Sessions West Coast Deli

The inspiration

Founder Matt Meddock says he realized there was no Southern California sandwich concept the way there was for other foods, since sandwiches had historically been an East Coast thing, and he set out to change that¹ .

Who's behind it

The brand was created by Orange County-born entrepreneurs Matt Meddock, Beckham Thomas, and chef Max Schlutz² .
