The inspiration

OMELI Kitchen exists to bring Vietnamese-Peruvian fusion cooking to Fullerton, letting Southeast Asian flavors meet South American spice in one kitchen¹ . The family-owned spot aims to serve fresh, modern Asian dishes to the community, and its name comes from Vietnamese slang for delicious .

Who's behind it

The kitchen is run by executive chef Lam, whose specialty creation is Nui Xao Bo, a stir-fried macaroni and filet mignon dish . The operation is a family affair, with Linh managing the dining room alongside the chef .
