The Quarter Creole Cuisine exists to bring authentic New Orleans Creole cooking to Claremont Village, drawing on family recipes passed down through five generations of cooks1,2 . The room itself is styled to feel like an old French Quarter restaurant, with chandeliers, tin ceilings and a legacy wall of family photos3,4 .
Who's behind it
Norm cooked earlier in his career at the Creole Chef in Los Angeles and as executive chef of Roux in Laguna Beach, after working as an executive chef for Sheraton2 .
