The inspiration

Dr Grubb's set out to be a health-conscious way to eat California-fresh food on the go, built on high-quality produce, meats and seafood with countless variations¹ .

Who's behind it

Gavin Alarcon owned the restaurant as of 2013, when it also catered fresh, all-natural local food to Claremont High² . The current owner, Hader, talks about quality, consistency and accuracy, and says the kitchen uses no freezer or microwave .
