Sage Bistro

The inspiration

Sage Bistro grew out of a home kitchen, where the founders cooked for family and friends and kept hearing that the food was good enough to sell¹ . Encouraged by that feedback, they turned the hobby into a restaurant on Alhambra's Main Street¹ . The concept they settled on blends American and Italian cooking with the flavors of their own culinary background, which is rooted in Chinese cuisine^1,2 .
